Minor Official Supervisor

Rob was born and raised in Richfield, MN.  He is a 1985 graduate of Richfield Senior High School (same school as former Ottawa Senators goalie, Damian Rhodes, former Colorado Avalanche forward, Darby Hendrickson, and Miracle on Ice hero, Steve Christoff).

Shortly after graduating high school, he moved to Kalamazoo, MI to further his education.  There, he met his wife, Renate.  After living in Michigan for 8 years, he and Renate moved to Indianapolis.  Rob earned his degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1996.  He and Renate were married in 2000.  They live on the far westside near Eagle Creek Reservoir with their dog and two cats.

Rob joined the Indianapolis Ice stat crew in during the 1996-97 campaign.  In 2008, Rob and Aaron Litke were named co-supervisors of the Indiana Ice off-ice officials.  Rob makes his career as a banker with Old National Bank where he has been since 2005 (he has been in banking 23 years).
 
Rob’s hobbies include travel, music and sports.  In the summer Rob can be found on any one of a number of area golf courses.  A former season-ticket holder for the Colts, Rob also follows the Minnesota Twins of MLB, Philadelphia Flyers of the NHL, and both the Wolverines of Michigan and the Golden Gophers of Minnesota in collegiate sports.
