Assistant Coach/Skills Coach

Ron Gay is an Assistant Coach and the Director of Player Development for the Indiana Ice.  He also serves as the Skills coach for the USHL squad and Head Coach for the Indiana Jr. Ice U18 team.

In addition to his work with the Ice, Ron also runs a successful power skating and training program.  Some players that he currently works with include Matt Greene (LA Kings), Jim Slater (Winnipeg Jets), Adam Hall (Tampa Bay Lightning), Jeff Petry and Corey Potter (Edmonton Oilers), Torey Krug (Boston Bruins), Jason Zucker (University of Denver) and NHL Draft Pick Jared Knight.  He also works with other NHL, Division I and USHL players.
